Travis Kelce stepped out in pair of loose-fitting brown velvet pants ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Minnesota Vikings in Minnesota on Sunday, and while the pants are certainly an on-trend choice for the football star, they’ve also become internet fodder forTaylor Swiftfans.

Kelce’s pants bear a striking resemblance to the velvet curtains Swift had in the background of all of herMidnightstracklist revealTikTok videos. Over the course of her video series, the singer sits perched in front of a crushed velvet curtain that anyone handy with a sewing machine could easily turn into a pair of pants for 6'5" tight end.

As soon as Kelceposted his look to Instagram— which also included a loose-fit white button-down shirt and a Louis Vuitton duffle — the comment section was instantly flooded with replies calling out the similarities to Swift’s curtains.

A few fans asked why Kelce was wearing “mother’s curtains,” referring to Swift, while others simply called them the “Midnightscurtains.”

Swift and Kelce recently sparked dating rumors afterthe singer attended a couple of Kelce’s games.

Kelce previously revealed that he invited Swift to attend one of his games while appearing onThe Pat McAfee Showpodcast, teasing that he “threw the ball in her court” after seeing her perform at Arrowhead Stadium during her Eras Tour in July.
