One of the year’s most anticipated movie sequels finally has a title.

Warner Bros. Pictures on Thursday shared a new poster forBeetlejuice BeetlejuicetoX, revealing the sequel toTim Burton’s 1988 classic will simply double up on its original title. The poster itself shows a pair of hands holding a roll of white ribbon bearing numbers. Centered in the poster is green text reading “09,06,24,” indicating the film’sSept. 6 release date.

“Dare you to say it again,” the company wrote alongside the poster reveal.

The film’s new title,Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, is a reference to its title character.Michael Keatonportrayed Beetlejuice in the original 1988 film as a green-haired, boisterous ghost from the world of the dead who appears if someone says his name three times in a row. Keaton, 72, is on board again for the sequel, as well asWinona Ryder, who will reprise her role as Lydia Deetz, and Catherine O’Hara, who played Delia Deetz.

Filmmaker Burton, 65, previously confirmed the movie had finalized fiilming in anInstagrampost he shared back in November. The movieinitially began filming in Londonin May 2023 and was delayed for multiple months after theScreen Actors Guild went on strikein July.

“Just finished shooting Beetlejuice,” Burton wrote on Instagram Nov. 30, alongside a photo of himself sitting on a couch on the movie’s set. “Thank you to everyone involved.”

BeforeSAG-AFTRA reached a deal to end the strikein November, Burton shared in a September interview withThe Independentthat the film was “99 percent done.” He also said at the time that he “tried to strip everything and go back to the basics of working with good people and actors and puppets” for the sequel.

“It was kind of like going back to why I liked making movies,” he told the outlet.

Monica Bellucci, who isdating Burton, will also appear in the movie alongsideJustin Theroux,Willem DafoeandWednesday’sJenna Ortega.

When O’Hara, 69, spoke with PEOPLE recently about the film, she said she has “a little two person moment with Michael as Beetlejuice” in the upcoming movie.

“I’d been in the first movie in group scenes with Michael, but in this, I had an actual moment where the two of us just,” she said. “And it was just so crazy and thrilling, really to just be face-to-face with Beetlejuice.”

“He looks the same,” she jokes of Keaton’s character. “Beetlejuice has aged very well.”

Beetlejuice Beetlejuicehits movie theaters Sept. 6.
