TarekandHeather Rae El Moussa’sson is hitting a major milestone!
On Wednesday, theFlipping El Moussasstars celebrated their son Tristan as he turned one year old, sharing a carousel of photos to their Instagrams. In the snaps, Tarek rests Tristan on his lap, holding him upright while the little boy looks at the camera.
Heather lifts her son in another photo and captures her newly minted one-year-old as he crawls around on the ground.
“Happy birthday Tristan Jay!!! Our sweet little bear 🧸 is officially 1 year old today 🥹 The best addition to our family of five and a light that brightens all of our days with his endless smiles, loudest belly giggles, and perfect blue eyes 🤍,” they wrote in their caption.
“I can’t believe we have 1 teenager, 1 pre-teen, and a toddler in our home… soaking in every single moment, big and little, because where does the time go?!”

Earlier this month, theSelling Sunsetalum, 36,shared a few photos to her Instagram, taking a moment to reflect on her son Tristan’s upcoming birthday. Sharing a photo of herself pregnant and holding a tiny denim jacket that reads “El Moussa” on the back, as well as a photo of herself and her toddler, the proud mom wrote a tribute to her son in the caption.
Alongside son Tristan, Heather is stepmom to Tarek’s two kids — daughter Taylor, 13, and son Brayden, 8.
In December, Heather shared apost on Instagramin which she celebratedwelcomingsonTristanin 2023 with her husband.
