Anyway , it sound like the writer knew that the axe would be falling soon , since the time of year five finis was called “ The Beginning of the ending . ” The announcement that time of year six would only be 13 episode long was probably a cue as well . At least it set out to go into this season knowing it will be the last , and contrive its remnant accordinging .
I ’m liking this trend of shows getting a time of year that everyone knows is the final one — it gives everyone a chance to eat up things up and go out on their own terminus . It ’s much better than either limbo or a sudden cancelation .
