The former update of Google Maps look to have pass over out the Scotch island of Jura . But while the internet colossus is cognisant of the problem , it has yet to fix it .
Despite the superintendence , Jura island is very much a real place . It ’s home to about 188 masses and is famed for its whiskey distilleries .

This is n’t the first Google mishap . recently last year , a chemical group of Australian geologists proved that a South Pacific Island — the mythologic “ Sandy Island ” — does not existdespite seem on both Google Maps and Google Earth .
