Dr. Rodney McKay is also trapped under detritus where he discovers Michael ’s Wiki . ( Yep , he calls it a Wiki . ) This hard drive come in handy later on when the crew get ’s saved and make that they need to room Michael ’s cabin cruiser in monastic order to save Teyla .
There is a lot of near buddy time between Ronon and Sheppard stuck underground . Plenty of “ You leave , ” “ No , not without you ” dialogue . Ronon even pull some sort of detritus out of Sheppard ’s side , and he does n’t die because NO ONE EVER DIES ON THIS SHOW .
Massive bleeding lesion aside , Sheppard and the work party get back to their ship and distract Michael long enough to room his Cruiser . Sheppard disobeys Col . Samantha Carter ’s orders to appease put and says , “ I have more respect for you than any other command officer I ’ve had . ” Majorly augur for her eventual firing and Shepard ’s soon - to - be - weekly sparring with the new Commander Woolsey ( more on that later on ) .
On Michael ’s ship they save Teyla and McKay is force to bear the Logos by “ catching ” it . Easiest childbirth in the account of television . Cornel Samantha Carter takes the first Stargate back to Earth under the pretense that they caught the last Ba’al knockoff — oooh exciting , why could n’t we bring HIM to Atlantis ? Yes , fingers crossbreed for more Ba’al knockoff , or just Ba’al himself .
Richard Woolsey is there waiting for her and explain that the IOA wants someone with a dissimilar accomplishment lay out running things at Atlantis , so she ’s fired . So what do we have ? potential Ford flashbacks , or peradventure more from this part . Teyla ’s babe is out and I ’m quick to see what its gift is . And at last , Woosley is running the show . It should also be exciting to see if they pick up the Teyla / Sheppard sexual love story . Sounds like a promising twelvemonth .
