The FBI has just release over 18 hour of surveillance video from the protests in Baltimore that fall out the expiry of Freddie Gray in 2015 . The release comes in reception to a Freedom of Information Act request by the ACLU and gives a sense of how much visual surveillance the FBI use during high-pitched - visibility protest .
According to the ACLU , the videos are all shot from traditional piloted aircraft . But as theACLU point outdrones can be pick up in many of the videos . It ’s unclear if these drones were pilot by police , demonstrator , funny looker-on , or all of the above .
