A California mom is accused of having sex with the underage boyfriends of both of her daughters.

Lytle, of Tulare, pleaded guilty to 12 counts of sexual abuse of minors in the case, according to theVisalia Times Delta.

However, Tulare County prosecutor spokesman Stuart Anderson tells PEOPLE that because of a disagreement among judges overseeing the case regarding Lytle’s sentence, Lytle “could potentially withdraw her March plea to all charges and discuss a new indicated sentence,” or a new trial date could be set for her.

After his alleged third encounter with Lytle, the 15-year-old boy “stated this was the last time he had sex with [Lytle] because he felt bad shaking [her] husband’s hand knowing what he was doing with [Lytle],” the deputy district attorney wrote, according to the outlet.

A judge indicated after testimony at a March 2018 hearing that Lytle would be sentenced to three years in prison, but — after the district attorney’s office urged a longer sentence — a different judge said last month that if Lytle agreed to plead guilty, he would offer her one year in the county jail with a six-year suspended sentence, and require her to register as a sex offender, theVisalia Times Deltareports.

Lytle agreed, but the agreement collapsed in court Monday, when a third judge said he didn’t think the sentence was appropriate and set another hearing for next Monday. At that hearing, Lytle has the option to withdraw her guilty plea, Anderson tells PEOPLE.

If tried and convicted on all charges, Lytle faces up to 17 years in prison.
