Speaking toUs WeeklyatElton John‘s2019 Oscarsviewing party in Los Angeles on Sunday, Brody, 35, said he feels “bad” for his stepsister Kardashian, 34.
“Khloé is a great person. Nobody deserves that,” he said. “I will say, though, he did it once, so she probably should have left him then. To have that happen again … yeah, of course I feel bad for her.”
Brody, 35, is Kardashian’s former stepfatherCaitlyn Jenner‘s son through his marriage to Linda Thompson; they’re both half-siblings to Kylie, 21, and Kendall, 23.

Kardashian and Thompson weathered their first public scandal last April when photos and videos surfaced of the 27-year-old basketball player getting close to other women just days before shegave birthto their daughterTrue.
Though the new mom initiallyforgave him, they had been living apart since the fall, and a source told PEOPLE last week that things “never really went back to normal” between the couple since the first cheating scandal.
“She can’t trust Tristan, and she’s known that for a long time,” the source added. “She’s been focused on her daughter and creating a loving healthy home for her. She doesn’t deserve this and she knows it.”

“When they first started hearing on Monday that Tristan made out with Jordyn, no one really believed it,” one source said. “That Tristan would be inappropriate, yes everyone knows that he can’t behave, but that Jordyn would make out with him, it first seemed like a made-up rumor.”
Another confirmed to PEOPLE that Woods, 21, ismoving out of her longtime best friend Kylie’s housein the wake of the alleged betrayal.
“It’s been a difficult time and she’s broken up about it,” the source said. “She’s heading home to be with her mom.”

Kardashianseemingly addressed the scandalon her Instagram Story last night, sharing a quote that read, “No matter how much a snake sheds skin. It’s still a snake.”
“Khloé is still hurt. Shestill can’t believethat Tristan hooked up with Jordyn,” a source told PEOPLE over the weekend. “Everyone thinks she will be better off now. Tristan won’t be able to hurt her again. For him to hook up with Jordyn is the ultimate betrayal.”
