This news comes at an interesting time , when stockholder and customer are antsy about Vista ’s unceasing time lag and Microsoft ’s perceived internal structuring job . People had guess that CEOBallmerwould be the one who would step down first due to Vista ’s mismanagement .
Gates is still going to be the company ’s chairman and rede them on applied science , but will play less into daytime - to - day natural process .
