A serial publication of tweets reinforce the view , explain thatthe collective is “ preparing to unleash wave of attack on ISIS ” following the Paris attacks . They place out that they have n’t “ only just declared war on # IslamicState , ” but instead “ have been at war for quite some prison term already . ” They also add that they have “ better hackers ” than Islamic State .
